The Bulldog Bash celebrates 10 years of custom bike building

2009 sees the 10th anniversary of the Bulldog Bash’s world famous indoor custom motorcycle show at Shakespeare County Raceway, Nr Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire from the 6th to the 9th of August
Europe’s biggest biker party is set to play host to some of the finest examples of custom bike building, as the Bulldog Bash celebrates the 10th anniversary of its huge indoor custom show. The organisers are planning some real treats for visitors including a selection of the best show-winning bikes from years past; alongside the cream of Europe’s latest custom creations.
The Bulldog Bash is famous for featuring some of the best live music acts around; and this year is no exception. There’s a jumping new format for the main stage marquee -beginning on Thursday night with a host of the best tribute acts, to get the Bulldog party started with some old favorites, including tributes to The Police, AC/DC and Metallica. Confirmed acts for Friday and Saturday night's live entertainment include:
UFO, Oliver/Dawson SAXON, Never the Bride, Tyla and the Dogs 'd' Amour, Adam Bomb, The Quails and Le Chat Noir. More bands will be revealed very soon.
Ever popular Bulldog Bash attractions include Jet cars and rocket bikes which will be hurtling down the drag strip all weekend, punctuated by the ever popular ‘run-what-you-brung’ sessions and top stunt bike performances. Among many other highlights promised are the Ken Fox ‘Wall of Death’ show and a fairground full of white knuckle rides, alongside a massive village of trade stalls selling all kinds of biking and alternative lifestyle kit; let alone a host of the UK’s leading tattoo and piercing parlours.
Tickets are now on sale at the early booking price of just £45 for the entire weekend’s entertainment; this will rise to £55 on the gate, so get in early.
Tickets are available from The Bulldog Bash, PO Box 5026, East Reading, RG6 1QZ – Please send a cheque or postal order for £45 per person, plus a first class postage paid SEA, to arrive no later than March 31st, to qualify for the £10 discount. A discount of £5 will be available for all pre booked ticket orders received between the 1st of April and 30th of June. After this date the gate price of £55 applies.
